We are very glad that we stayed in this hotel, even just for one night. We were on the way to Chamonix to ski, therefore we decided to stay one night at Geneva before travelling to Chamonix. I want to especially thank the staff of this hotel. During our stay, my husband got a terrible toothache and was unable to sleep the entire night. The staff was very helpful and offered a lot of help to us. Calling many hospitals in the middle of the night for us and kept calling many dentists in the morning until they found a dentist appointment for my husband. Thank you so much!!

The front desk staff was very friendly and really guided us well on the special offers for the tourist like the free travel card; places to visit and how to commute. Unlike other places, they were willing to help and give suggestions. Housekeeping was responsive and friendly. Overall a good experience.

the location is good, easily connected by public transportation (bus, tram). the staffs at the reception are helpful. the function room is big and having comfy chairs. the free shuttle service to and from the airport really helps :)

Nicely sized rooms with coffee. Comfy beds and high quality bedding. Dark curtains make the sleep extra comfortable. Breakfast has nice choices. Omelettes are a great alternative to the under-cooked scrambled eggs.

The front desk employees were very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was a big feature. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were very nice, roomy and clean.
